The Opportunity


We're looking for a Call Center Representative , working in Banking/Finance industry in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

  • Support and handle potential claimant inquiries and claims.
  • Responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions.
  • Answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed. Route calls as needed to appropriate resources.
  • Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
  • Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team
  • Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately
  • Other projects as assigned by supervisor.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • 6+ months of customer service, financial services or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Call Center/Customer Service Background
  • Dependable/Reliable
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Typing and computer skills
