The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Staffing Specialist, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Downtown, Louisville, Kentucky, United States.- Interviewing and screening candidates for current and future job openings.
- Performing drug screens and background checking as needed.
- Verifying past employment of candidates.
- Responding to employee and customer inquiries.
- Orientating new employees on company policies and safety expectations.
- Maintaining and presenting weekly reports to leadership.
- Consistently meeting KPI expectations.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Must have at least 2 years customer service experience
- Must have at least 1 year sales experience
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Experience working in the staffing industry, HR or recruitment is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi task
- Strong computer skills- especially with Microsoft Office
- Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
