The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in Healthcare Systems and Services industry in Plano, Texas, United States.

  • Answer inbound calls or place outbound calls assisting callers through the phone queue with scheduling of referrals and other needs based on the call type.
  • Deliver quality customer service, manage the referral process professionally and in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude with all internal and external customers/peers.
  • Relay necessary messages to staff through direct call or by appropriate communication process.
  • Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues.
  • Participate in all other communal job duties necessary for functioning of the office.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Bilingual - Spanish required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1+ year of health care related experience
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills
  • Efficient proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including: Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to navigate through multiple software and computer technology
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period, where lunches and breaks are scheduled, with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule, and work over-time and/or weekends, as needed
