We're looking for a Remote Medical Records Representative, working in Insurance industry in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.- Process medical records received for HEDIS and other related projects.
- Index medical records in Client's system.
- Call provider offices to confirm medical record contact information.
- Fax medical record requests to provider offices.
- Process invoices for medical records from provider offices and vendors.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Medical records experience and HEDIS experience 3+ years.
- Ability to perform in a production-based environment under tight deadlines.
- Ability to use computer effectively, including Microsoft Outlook, basic Excel for tracking and reporting, and HEDIS software.
- Prior HEDIS MRR experience preferred.
- Experience with medical records and provider interaction is a plus.
