The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Lockbox Specialist, working in Banking/Finance industry in St Louis, Missouri, United States.- Processing/opening mail and organizing it into the correct places.
- Preparing checks/invoices to be sent out.
- Researching and clearing suspense items; researching and processing adjustments to accounts on various systems.
- Calculating or balancing routine accounting entries.
- Sorting, matching, ordering, and/or reconciling items.
- Mail sorting, identifying PO boxes. (Both hands sorting and using a sorting machine)
- Scanning/data entry of checks/invoices into the system.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail
