The Opportunity


We're looking for a Data Entry Specialist, working in Admin/Clerical industry in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

  • Research, analyze and validate documents and payments that require a more detailed review.
  • Consult a procedural manual for direction.
  • Work with two systems to acquire information or correct inaccurate material.
  • Perform mathematical calculations, cross-reference, and research of system and taxpayer errors.
  • Perform accurate and productive work in a deadline driven work setting.
  • Work on Individual Returns.
  • Look for any errors including Address, Name Spellings, Unchecked Boxes, etc.
  • Process 20 returns per hour.
