The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist, working in Admin/Clerical industry in Dallas, Texas, United States.- Generate invoice and account statementswhile performing account reconciliations
- Research and solve discrepancies
- Reconcile invoices and bills as well as verify balances to general ledger
- Participate in Accounts Receivables monthly close process
- Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account, verifying totals and preparing reports
- Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures

Experience Required for Your Success
- At least High School diploma required
- Experience in managing Accounts Receivable workflows for at least 1 year is MANDATORY in this role.
- ERP system knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills
