Description
We're looking for an Onsite Specialist, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Minooka, Illinois, United States.- Managing onsite relationship and communication with the client
- Interviewing and screening candidates for current and job openings
- Performing drug screens and background checks as needed
- Verifying past employment of candidates
- Responding to employee and customer inquiries and needs
- Orientating new employees on company policies and safety expectations
- Building relationships with client, as well as on-site employees
- Maintaining and presenting weekly reports to leadership

Experience Required for Your Success
- Must have customer service experience
- Staffing industry, recruitment and/or sales experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - word, excel
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work in office Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm
