We're looking for an AP Coordinator
, working in Real Estate
industry in Wakefield, Massachusetts, United States
all invoices, sort, review, and process payments
all invoices have appropriate documentation and all payments are processed in a
timely manner in compliance with the company policies
vendors accounts and maintain tracking records for invoices payment status
a list of contract vendors to ensure payments made in accordance with the
all vendor inquiries and monitor and resolve all account payable issues
- Maintains log of wire confirmations where applicable
and maintains professional relationships with new and existing vendors
annual vendor 1099 filings
the integrity of information contained in the accounts payable database and
files so that information is retrievable for departments, and intact for the
with ad hoc accounting work on property level
with the annual audit and tax workpaper preparation for various entities

Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Yardi PayScan experience preferred
- Experience with 1099 filings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate tasks
