Description
We're looking for a Senior Production Technician, working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Santa Cruz, California, 95060, United States.- Support the assembly and testing of complex electro-mechanical products.
- Apply extensive knowledge the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways.
- Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
- Work on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions.
- Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures. May determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
- Typically provide guidance to other non- exempt employees.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Typically an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and 6+ years of experience.
- May include highly experienced individuals performing higher level or equivalent work who are non-degreed or degreed in an unrelated field.
- Strong knowledge in the field of electronics technology and software.
