We're looking for a REMOTE Licensed Insurance Representative, working in Insurance industry in Florida, United States.Your Impact

License Requirements
- Service (Property/Causality w/in state that they reside and cannot expire w/in the first 90 days of employment)
- Claims (Adjusters license w/in the state that they reside and cannot expire w/in the first 90 days of employment)
- Location–WAH Nationwide excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, Washington, and Washington DC
Your Responsibilities
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive.
- Appropriately communicate with customers.

Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
- Internet Requirements–Must have ethernet connection and internet speed of 10 download, 5 upload and less than 50 ping (Equipment Provided)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Proven oral & written communication skills

- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
