The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management between PSG and its affiliates. The primary objective is to ensure the effective alignment of HR strategies with business goals, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess a strong operations background in a managerial capacity, enabling them to bridge the gap between HR and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives, foster senior management collaboration, and strategically enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Lead recruitment for top talent, establish onboarding and training programs, and drive performance management, skill development, and career progression within the organization.
- Promote a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies to maintain healthy employee relations.
- Manage operational integration by aligning HR strategies with company processes, collaborate with operations to identify HR needs, and optimize staffing through workforce planning during peak operational periods.
- Manage and optimize compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees, conducting ongoing market analysis for competitiveness.
- Identify high-potential employees, develop leadership plans, and coach managers on effective people management.
Experience Required for Your Success
- 8+ years of HR and Operations experience, including 3+ years as an Operations Manager in a fast-paced client-focused environment, preferably in BPO
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation
- Proficiency in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Demonstrated knowledge of operational processes and the capacity to align HR strategies with operational objectives
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills, inspiring cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects concurrently
- Willing to work on a dayshift, remote-first setup; with occasional reporting to the office or different government institutions
