The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Financial Service Representative, working in Insurance industry in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.- Handle incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members by providing account support.
- Learn and understand the different product suites, including current line-up and products no longer sold that still require servicing.
- Interpret and apply all changes and enhancements to new and old products, based on the daily change communications. Identifies the question(s) behind the question to proactively offer consultative expertise and uncover the unstated need.
- Maintain a record of the conversations with members.
- Review and use member regard to support their needs and use that information to build a stronger relationship.
- Work on 3-4 monitors and moving in and out of 10-12 systems.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High School Diploma or GED
- Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, communications, preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
