The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Test Engineer, working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in 10300 Energy DR, Spring, Texas, 77389, United States.- Support FW Engineering team for field issue reproduction and validation.
- Troubleshoot reported issues, including general triage & debug.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders from development teams, architects, and test engineers for the resolution of open issues.
- Work with architects on new proof-of-concept feature setup and validation execution.
- Collect debug logs, and analyzer logs including Logic Analyzer, USB Analyzer, PD Analyzer, and DP Aux Analyzer.
- Provide weekly status reports for reported issues and progress and validation progress reports for proofs-Of-Concept features to distribute to relevant stakeholders.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Computer Engineering/EE/Computer Science degree
- Abilityto work independently with minimal instructions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient with Windows 10 & 11
- Experience working well with partners, internal and external
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- USB/USB-C-related knowledge
- Experienced with Docking Technologies
- Experienced with PD (Power Delivery) protocol
- Experienced with DisplayPort protocol
- Experienced with Debug tools (Logic analyzer (Saleae),USB analyzer,PD analyzer,DP aux analyzer)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to review hardware schematics
