The Opportunity


We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in Financial Services industry in Orlando, Florida, United States.

  • Assist both new and existing international clients and investors.
  • Verify clients, assist with web access, and provide commonly asked information for clients who are transitioning over to new firm.
  • Continuously integrate feedback to drive personal growth and commit to continuously improving client experiences.
  • Deliver great client service when answering inbound phone calls by taking ownership and tackling complex issues to resolve the client’s needs, in addition to introducing clients to company products and services.
  • Make an impact on clients by showcasing empathy, patience, and effective communication to better understand their emotions and points of view.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Customer service experience
  • Spanish and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) are preferred in candidates
  • Financial experience is a plus but not required
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Adaptable to change
  • Problem solving skills
  • Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team-based culture
  • Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office Suites
