The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Fraud and Claims Operations Representative, working in Financial Services industry in Hillsboro, Oregon, United States.- Assist customers beginning the process of filing a dispute for something they think is fraudulent on their accounts
- Perform outbound calling to alert customers that could be fraud to check in with the customer/resolve
- Work in an inbound/outbound call center environment
- Review accounts, make sure no fraud on accounts, and call customers if they do see fraud

Experience Required for Your Success
- 1+ years’ experience Banking call center/Call center/Customer service experience - hostess, waiter, teller
- Tech savvy - lots of programs/multiple screens while talking to customers.
- Strong multitasking skills - will be expected to take calls/take notes simultaneously.
- Reliable and able to adhere to attendance and punctuality expectations.
- Analytical, independent worker, decision making.
