The Opportunity


We're looking for a Procurement Manager, working in Admin/Clerical industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States.

  • Conduct requests for information (RFI), requests for pricing (RFP), evaluate vendors and negotiate to leverage the best combination of service and price
  • Provide recommendations to Sr. Management
  • Procure all raw materials, communication of raw material forecast and strategic capacity planning
  • Align raw material quality, performance testing and specification adherence with Product Manager

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
  • At least 1 year experience in Procurement/Purchasing or related field
  • Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
  • Talent in negotiations and networking
  • Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software
  • Strong leadership capabilities
