Description
We're looking for an Onsite Staffing Specialist, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Montgomery, Alabama, United States.- Managing onsite relationship and communicating with the client.
- Performing drug screens and background checks as needed.
- Verifying past employment of candidates.
- Responding to employee and customer inquiries and needs.
- Orientating new employees on company policies and safety expectations.
- Building relationships with client, as well as on-site employees.
- Maintaining and presenting weekly reports to leadership.
- Coaching employees as needed.

Experience Required for Your Success
- At least 2 years of leadership experience is required
- HR or Staffing experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi task
- Strong computer skills- especially Microsoft systems
- Hours are 5:00am -2:00PM; flexibility needed depending on the client
