The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Staff Accountant, working in Admin/Clerical industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States.- Perform account analysis and reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly reports for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, etc.
- Post journal entries to general ledger.
- Assist with month end close.
- Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Manage financial statement preparation.
- Provide reports on data status/trends/issues.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in time management and data entry
