The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Corporate Recruiter, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Omaha, Nebraska, United States.

  • Using ATS to process prospects and applicants
  • Prescreening candidates to determine ability and experience to carry out job duties
  • Administering pre-employment assessments and conduct reference checks for candidates
  • Conducting in-take calls with hiring managers to understand requirements for positions
  • Coordinating with managers to schedule candidate interviews
  • Sourcing candidates via multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, etc.
  • Maintaining a high level of communication with candidates throughout the process via phone, email, text and face-to-face interaction
  • Attending professional and college career fairs and events
  • Maintaining and growing social audience
  • Doing additional administrative tasks

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Must have experience in a leadership position
  • Recruiting, management and/or sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to complete administrative tasks through set processes while building relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Must have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Must have a high sense of urgency
