The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Corporate Recruiter, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Omaha, Nebraska, United States.- Using ATS to process prospects and applicants
- Prescreening candidates to determine ability and experience to carry out job duties
- Administering pre-employment assessments and conduct reference checks for candidates
- Conducting in-take calls with hiring managers to understand requirements for positions
- Coordinating with managers to schedule candidate interviews
- Sourcing candidates via multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, etc.
- Maintaining a high level of communication with candidates throughout the process via phone, email, text and face-to-face interaction
- Attending professional and college career fairs and events
- Maintaining and growing social audience
- Doing additional administrative tasks

Experience Required for Your Success
- Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience
- Must have experience in a leadership position
- Recruiting, management and/or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to complete administrative tasks through set processes while building relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Must have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Must have a high sense of urgency
