We're looking for a REMOTE Licensed Insurance Representative, working in Insurance industry in Texas, United States.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive.
  • Appropriately communicate with customers.

Experience Required for Your Success

License Requirements

  • Service (Property/Causality w/in state that they reside and cannot expire w/in the first 90 days of employment)
  • Claims (Adjusters license w/in the state that they reside and cannot expire w/in the first 90 days of employment)
  • Location–WAH Nationwide excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, Washington, and Washington DC

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • 6 months customer service experience minimum
  • Internet Requirements–Must have ethernet connection and internet speed of 10 download, 5 upload and less than 50 ping (Equipment Provided)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Comfort with desktop computer system
  • Proven oral & written communication skills

  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
