The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a
Field Technical Support , working in
IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in
Spokane, Washington, 99203, United States.
- De-install move and reinstall of a PC device that is currently installed and connected to a network.
- Enable an end-to-end approach and Onsite Desk-side Software Support solutions, including options for customizing your support plan to address any unique client service level requirements.
- Support operating system reloading, device re-imaging, onsite support, and virus support, on-site installation, data migration, disk sanitation.
- Visit multiple customer sites per day. installing/replacing/repairing equipment in a predefined route, potentially spanning multiplicities and/or states.
- Responsible for correct installation, customer satisfaction, equipment and vehicle safety and a timely and accurate installation schedule.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Possess one to two years’ experience in basic troubleshooting skills on PC desktops, laptops and printers
- Demonstrated technical/mechanical aptitude for learning new technology.
- Onsite customer facing experience.
- Has reliable vehicle to travel within Spokane area.
- Able to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, lift and move 50 pounds of weight.
