We're looking for a Spanish Bilingual - Customer Service Representative, working in Insurance industry in 300 E. Randolph Street, Chicago, Illinois, 60601, United States.- Is responsible for researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner
- Work on customer service onsite taking member & provider calls and be able to help them with their concerns, complaints, etc

Experience Required for Your Success
- Should at least have a High School Diploma or GED
- Should at least have 1 year customer service experience
- Should have experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Should have Data entry and/or typing experience
- Should have interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills
- Should have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
