The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Resource Planning Associate Representative, working in Insurance industry in Houston, Texas, United States.

  • Establish concierge level relationships with assigned providers.
  • Work with providers to understand their preferences (e.g., availability, territory, etc.) and balance with the needs of the business.
  • Create and execute daily provider schedules based on staffing and patient needs.
  • Review daily schedules for accuracy and release schedules when final.
  • Map out provider and patient locations and availability to create a daily route for the providers.
  • Communicate effectively with the department through email about provider's schedule status, leads to call, and any daily assignments.
  • Place reminder calls to patients with upcoming appointments. Calls are recorded for quality assurance and compliance.
  • Respond to emails/calls throughout the day from providers, schedulers, and upper management in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed individual and department service levels and service standards.
