Regional Sales Manager , working in
Staffing/Recruiting industry in
Riverside, California, United States.
- Generating sales, development of leads, and business development for an assigned regional area through social networking, cold calling, and telemarketing
- Developing strategic sales plans for mid to major market accounts
- Qualifying potential new business for their territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines
- Sales planning and relationship building with internal and external customers
- Meeting sales goals and metrics given
- Communicating with branch offices and work collaboratively within a team environment

Experience Required for Your Success
- Must have at least 5 years of sales experience in staffing industry
- Experience in leadership
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Able to travel to meet with customers within the territory
