The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager , working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Riverside, California, United States.

  • Generating sales, development of leads, and business development for an assigned regional area through social networking, cold calling, and telemarketing
  • Developing strategic sales plans for mid to major market accounts
  • Qualifying potential new business for their territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines
  • Sales planning and relationship building with internal and external customers
  • Meeting sales goals and metrics given
  • Communicating with branch offices and work collaboratively within a team environment

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Must have at least 5 years of sales experience in staffing industry
  • Experience in leadership
  • Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
  • Able to travel to meet with customers within the territory
