The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for an Executive Search Recruiter, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Louisville, Kentucky, United States.

  • Sourcing and developing an active network of professional candidates for both contract and direct hire placements via outbound calls and referrals. (This is a phone-based Recruiter position).
  • Conducting initial phone screens with candidates and assist with the onboarding process.
  • Maintaining communication with clients regarding assignment details, compensation, and expectations.
  • Identifying, recruiting, and interviewing industry professionals to build an active database of qualified candidates.
  • Conducting behavior-based interviews to qualify the candidate’s professional strengths, accomplishments, motivations and personal career objectives.
  • Generating viable job orders from customers by obtaining accurate job descriptions and understanding company requirements and cultures so that an accurate match can be made.
  • Submitting appropriately screened candidates to the customer, guiding the placement process through finalization including negotiations of salary, benefits and fees.
  • Maintaining client relationships and conducts quality checks on placement activity.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Previous experience in full cycle recruitment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced communication skills that help develop strong relationships with candidates through various communication platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Self-motivated individual with drive to take advantage of abundant incentive opportunities
