The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Fraud and Claims Operations Representative, working in Financial Services industry in West Des Moines, Iowa, United States.- Assist customers beginning the process of filing a dispute for something they think is fraudulent on their accounts.
- Perform outbound calling to alert customers that could be fraud to check in with the customer/resolve.
- Work in an inbound/outbound call center environment.
- Review accounts, make sure no fraud on accounts, and call customers if they do see fraud.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Corporate, financial, or fraud experience is desired, but not required
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word desired
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
