Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college(4-year degree in mechanical or industrial engineering preferred)or a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing
- Experience in CNC machines, metallic coatings, welding, lapping
- Strong preference to reciprocating compressor experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem solving skills
