The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for an Assistant Property Manager, working in Real Estate industry in Beverly, Massachusetts, United States.

  • Leases apartments with the approval of the Property Manager upon review of the application package.
  • Responds to site visit or telephone inquiries and conducts site tours.
  • Coordinates marketing efforts to increase traffic levels.
  • Maintains prospect traffic and leasing data, and assists with the computer data as necessary.
  • Maintains thorough product knowledge of the property and that of major competition through site visits/tours and telephone surveys. Makes recommendations to current leasing program to Property Manager based on findings.
  • Follows established standard operating procedures and policies in the qualification, screening and acceptance of applicants for residency as in accordance with the property's annual operating plan and resident selection plan.
  • Assists with the preparation of all lease paperwork in an accurate and timely manner for Property Manager review.
  • Follows the resident leave renewal program as outlined in the property's AOP as well as recommends new initiatives in order to maximize resident retention.
  • Processes Accounts Payable including vouchering and inputting approved invoices into the A/P system for payment.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • 1-2 years experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM with accuracy
  • Strong communication skills-written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Courteous and professional demeanor
  • Drivers license and proof of insurance may be required
