The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Data Analyst, working in Consumer Packaged Goods industry in 110 Edison Place, Newark, New Jersey, 07102, United States.

  • Maintain the accurate input of Capital Appropriation Budget data into Smartsheet, Anaplan and of Cost Savings data into Sievo
  • Gather documentation for Early Scope Alignments, capital projects and other documents requiring same governance
  • Initiate and route Anaplan workflow for capital investment projects and maintain governance documentation
  • Create power point presentations using materials gathered from multiple sources
  • Continue to develop own competency & ability in the system in order to identify additional process improvement areas to drive efficiency, speed & agility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set direction and aid in achieving the target. The job holder will work with associates at different job levels. There are interfaces with regional IEs, and Site IEs, among others

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Associates Degree in Business, Administration, or Engineering field preferred
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to deal with a high volume of different activities, remaining focused with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to handle multiple projects & tasks and readjust work priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with associates at all levels
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment in handling a variety of situations
  • Demonstrated ability to train associates in software applications
  • Project Management
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
  • Manages Complexity: The ability to handle multiple project of high importance at one time; requiring an acute skill in thinking on the fly, and multi-tasking
