The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a SEC Legal Assistant, working in Travel, Transport and Logistics industry in 22 Sylvan Way , Parsippany, New Jersey, 07054, United States.- Perform SEC filings – e.g., 10-K/Qs, proxy statement and Section 16 filings.
- Assist with earnings release process, including review of earnings releases, scripts and investor presentations.
- Support governance, treasury, subsidiary management and ESG matters.
