The Opportunity


We're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator, working in Insurance industry in Schertz, Texas, United States.

  • Provide initial point of contact in a professional, cordial and efficient manner
  • Manage high-volume communications traffic via multi-line phone system and email
  • Manage high volume visitor traffic and deliveries in accordance with security guidelines
  • Greets visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Accurately direct calls / messages to the appropriate person
  • Maintain visitor registration book and visitor badges
  • Work on administrative projects including communications, booking meetings, organizing information, filing and other administrative assistant projects
  • Be a ‘go to’ source of knowledge, information and assistance for team members in pointing them to the appropriate person within the company
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Update, maintain contacts and additional online lists
  • Coordinate meeting room calendar
  • Prepare, stock and set up meeting rooms, including food and drink orders, arrangements and services
  • Clean and straighten meeting rooms after events
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensure that reception area is clean and neat
  • Re-stock executive refrigerator and kitchen
  • Provide clerical and other duties as requested
  • Maintain image of company by example
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience Required for Your Success

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years directly related experience as a receptionist in a professional setting
  • Professional in appearance
  • Must type with the above proficiency
  • Professionally communicate orally and written
  • Ability to use Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Basic office equipment experience preferred (copier, fax, shipping and receiving tools)
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
