The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Remote Accounting Manager, working in Banking/Finance industry in Minnesota, United States.- Responsible for the implementation of new accounting standards to endure efficiency, integrity, and compliance
- Ensure accounting is completed timely, accurately, and completely for all business lines and account types, including benefit plans, insurance & mortgage commissions, investment accounting, fair valuation and measurement, intangibles, and other items
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
- Manage the account reconciliation program for general ledger, bank-controlled accounts, banking as a service (BaaS) account
- Aid in establishing new accounting processes and procedures for new products, investment types, or programs within the Company, such as stock compensation, fair value measurement, or derivatives within provided guidelines

Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Banking or Financial Services industry experience
