The Opportunity


We're looking for Customer Service Representative, working in Insurance industry in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

  • Make/receive outbound/inbound phone calls from customers completing the Health Risk Assessment survey.
  • Utilize effective communication, courtesy and professionalism in all interactions, both internally and externally.
  • Communicate both internally and externally to provide and verify information; to explain processes.
  • Access system to collect and enter non-clinical data.
  • Provide accurate information to callers based on customer and service requirements within product lines.
  • Determine the course of action based on pre-established guidelines; channel to appropriate staff as needed.
  • Perform outbound calls to providers to request additional information on as needed basis.
  • Verify member eligibility
  • Perform other non-clinical functions /tasks as assigned and appropriate per standard policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards and all case management policies and procedures.
  • Understand medical terminology and medical conditions

Experience Required for Your Success

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service role/operation
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail/ Moderate computer skills
  • Ability to multitask
