Description
We're looking for a Landscape Project Manager / Designer , working in Engineering/Manufacturing industry in Dover, New Hampshire, 03820, United States.- Network throughout the community and prospect for new business while maintaining and building positive relationships with clients.
- Work in all phases of the sales/design process.
- Analyze the market and community.
- Identify opportunities for new business.
- Perform prospect call screenings, conduct prospective client meetings, prepare cost estimates, develop proposals, and present estimates to prospects and clients.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Associates Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field required or equivalent experience
- 3 years experience in landscape and hardscape management
- Solid understanding of landscape plant material for the New England region
- Understanding of horticultural practices related to plant materials and basic understanding of low voltage lighting, water features, irrigation systems
- Ability to read blueprints
- Passion to sell and close deals
