The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Reporting Manager, working in BPO industry in Metro Manila, Philippines.The Reporting Manager is responsible for identifying and analyzingperformance indicators through the creation and maintenance of proactive reporting and auditing. Also, coordinates with the client management and operations teams in delivering reports requirements on a regular basis. Other responsibilities include:
- Leading a team on driving streamlined reporting practices and internal operation excellence on reporting.
- Designing business analysis and data recording systems for operations and account use.
- Maintaining databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
- Performing proactive diagnostic analysis on key measures, trends, and hot spots, and surface meaningful, actionable insights and recommendations to leaders.
- Ensuring successful integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, and/or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in quantitative roles, using data analytics, mining, and/or visualization to solve problems
- Extreme proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivots, macros), data visualization tools and experience performing ad-hoc analysis
- Working knowledge of data management, ETL (extract, transform and load data) and similar tools
- Proficiency in SQL and other common query languages is a plus
- Excellent organizational, collaborative, relational and interpersonal skills a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to stakeholders
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
- Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Willingness to work on either a night shift schedule
