- Developing, implementing, and evaluating recruiting strategies.
- Establishing goals and milestones for the division and monitoring division performance.
- Instituting best practices in recruiting, networking, and referral generation.
- Developing the recruitment team by directing, managing, coaching, and conducting regular follow ups.
- Collaborating with the company leaders to align goals, monitoring compliance and continuous improvement needs.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of healthcare leadership experience in staffing is required
- Experience with Allied Healthcare
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to create professional presentations
- Ability to gather and analyze data
