We're looking for Finance or Accounting Graduates, working in Admin/Clerical industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States.

We are in need of fresh graduates who are ready to start their journey in the Accounting and Finance world to work in the following:

  • Accounts Payable Specialist
  • Accounts Receivable Specialist
  • Cash Applications
  • Clerk Staff
  • Accountants
  • Payroll Specialist

Basic Job Description for these Entry-Level Roles:

You will...

  • Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper.
  • Prepare customer statements, bills, and invoices.
  • Compile financial statements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for monthly end-close and audits.
  • Maintain financial filing system.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Recent Bachelor's degree holder related in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Empathic, upbeat, and friendly self-starter who can work independently and on a team.
  • Ability to solve problems and come up with creative solutions.
  • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
