The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for Data Engineer, working in Financial Services industry in Durham, North Carolina, United States.

  • ´╗┐Utilize code quality and analysis tools like Sonar/Veracode.
  • Work on implementations and managing concurrency with cloud-based high-stream event messaging/Kafka.
  • Automate security and quality testing, modern test and mock frameworks, and service virtualization tools, like Wiremock/Parasoft, to rapidly deliver, measure, and iterate features to customers while minimizing risk using practices like A/B tests, blue-green deployments, and feature toggles.
  • Influence and partner with architects, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable robust application solutions.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6-9 years of work experience
  • Experience in Data Streaming & Messaging Technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, SNS, SQS) experience
  • Experience with cloud-native REST API development using JAVA, Maven, Stash, Spring Boot and OpenAPI standards are integrated into a Kafka environment experience
