We're looking for
Administrative Assistant , working in
Real Estate industry in
Plymouth, Minnesota, United States.
- Process all requests for issuing new payments, void and reissue old payments, and make electronic payments online and over the phone as needed.
- Sort, fold, and stuff checks into envelopments when needed.
- Scan invoices into software.
- Match purchase orders to the invoices and enter all pertinent invoice information in the Accounting software timely and accurately.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume office is a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to compile information and calculate basic mathematical results accurately, such as totals, percentages, and differences
