The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for Lead Quality Assurance, working in Retail industry in Boca Raton, Florida, United States.- Establish testing efforts involving coaching, mentoring, code reviews, and contributing to improvements to frameworks, tools, processes, and best practices.
- Provide oversight to ensure automation test suites are well maintained and operational.
- Provide requirements and feedback on completeness and testability.
- Provide accurate estimates for QA efforts including test case design/scripting, test data management, test execution, and defect correction.
- Establish automated test cases and functional libraries using open source and commercial tools.
- Provide ideas and feedback on test automation frameworks and opportunities to improve.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance and software testing
- Strong understanding of collecting and analyzing quality metrics, making recommendations, and facilitating improvement action plans
- Experience in creating, sharing, implementing, and driving QA Process improvements
