The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for Senior Quality Engineer, working in Retail industry in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States.- Establish testing efforts involving coaching, mentoring, code reviews, and contributing to improvements to frameworks, tools, processes, and best practices.
- Provide oversight to ensure automation test suites are well maintained and operational.
- Maintain requirements and provide feedback on completeness and testability.
- Provide accurate estimates for QA efforts including test case design/scripting, test data management, test execution, and defect correction.
- Provide ideas and feedback on test automation frameworks and opportunities to improve.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of QA experience
- Experience working with CI tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, Github)
- Experience with QA processes and deliverables in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proficient in defect tracking and analyzing root causes utilizing tools (Jira, Rally etc.)
- Strong understanding of automation and performance concepts and approaches.
