Experience Required for Your Success

  • Associate's degree or higher in a technical discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to teach others in job-related requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Good troubleshooting skills in a stamping or manufacturing environment
