The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for Branch Manager, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, United States.- Managing and mentoring branch office staff.
- Executing daily operations of the branch.
- Establishing challenging goals, activities, and objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with both Federal and State regulations as well as Malone and their customers' policies and practices.
- Developing new customer contacts and sales leads while maintaining existing customer relationships.

Experience Required for Your Success
- 2 years of leadership experience is required
- Staffing experience is a plus but not required
- Experience is sales is preferred but not required
- Customer service experience is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft programs
