The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, working in Admin/Clerical industry in 101 Park Ave 5th floor, New York, New York, New York, United States.

  • Accessing and analyzing digital marketing data from various analytic tools (Website, Database, Email, Social, etc.).
  • Tracking a user journey through various channels and segmenting audiences by analyzing various datasets from: paid media, paid/organic social, website, CRM, SEM/SEO.
  • Leading GTM implementations, with the support of our development team. Included in this is our transition from Universal Analytics to GA4.
  • Defining and building innovative measurement techniques to drive business growth and optimize marketing and consumer outreach/engagement for the Marketing, Registration, and Sports & Events departments.
  • Developing a deep knowledge of the company’s data structure and tables.
  • Analyzing and managing critical and dynamic data trends.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field or comparable experience (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence and digital analytics
  • Experience implementing digital metrics testing strategies using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other digital measurement platforms
  • Experience with databases and applications (MS SQL Server, Oracle)
  • Previous experience with Tableau or interest in learning the platform is preferred
  • Previous experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce is preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to tell stories with data
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts including data analysis and data mining
