Description
We're looking for Customer Service Representative, working in Insurance industry in Houston, Texas, United States.- Conduct and complete verification with applicants on call.
- Partner with Underwriting team on ad-hoc basis to confirm applicant information.
- Act as a resource for applicants on our products and internal processes.

Experience Required for Your Success
- 1+ year experience in call center environment preferred
- Experience communicating with medical terminology a plus
- Must have a quiet, private place to work
- Must have high speed internet
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Competent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Exceptional organizational and time- management focus, with attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative
