- Consult with partners and subject matter experts to determine the best learning solution and modality.
- Develop multi-faceted and immersive experiences within the technical constraints for each audience.
- Apply visual design principles and elements to learning materials.

Experience Required for Your Success
- 5-7 years of relevant learning design experience
- Learning Strategy and Instructional Design experience
- SharePoint design and development experience
- UI/UX experience preferred
- Proficient in Office 365
