The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for Remote Customer Service Representative, working in Insurance industry in Tampa, Florida, United States.- Handling high volume inbound calls (40+/day), some outbound, enrolling clients in benefits.
- Authenticating callers, troubleshooting issues, answering questions i.e. the difference between high and low plans; maximum contribution to HSA, etc.

Experience Required for Your Success
- 2 years of college courses; OR Associate’s Degree with previous call center experience; OR2 years of customer service and office experience or call center experience
- Ability to use multiple systems
- Flexibility – this is high volume work
- Quick learner
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to take back to back calls (40+/day)
- Caring/Empathetic
