The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for Customer Service Representative, working in Banking/Finance industry in Tampa, Florida, United States.

  • ´╗┐Manage daily business objectives with phone volume and service level management through the MLSN Service Lines.
  • Provide product support for Branch Offices to ensure all necessary tools, training and adequate client experience are being provided.
  • Support includes daily interaction with Branch Offices, operational and customer service teams within the home office.
  • Service inquiries from the branch offices include enrollment, tutorial instruction and maintenance of accounts.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • ´╗┐2 years experience
  • Banking and/or brokerage experience
  • Inbound call center experience
  • Proven experience verbally delivering complex information clearly, concisely and understandable to the client/recipient, while quickly establishing trust and exuding positivity and confidence
  • Proven experience with effectively proofreading, editing and/or quickly identifying errors, while understanding the cause of the error and taking action to implement sustainable solutions
  • Experience gathering, absorbing and using facts/information to make effective and timely decisions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to navigate between multiple screens and keep the client/recipient fully engaged, while quickly and accurately typing relevant notes and information
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, adapt and become highly efficient on new and/or changing systems, applications, policies and procedures
