As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work with our client's supplied leads looking to protect themselves and their families with the best insurance coverage possible, while providing the best experience possible at the same time to drive repeat and referral business.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare purchasing decisions while adhering to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures.
  • Take inbound calls on leads that are generated by expert marketing teams.
  • Attend weekly progress meetings with your expert coach to work towards company and personal goals to help achieve success.

Experience Required for Your Success

What You Need

  • This role is open to candidates who actively reside in any of the following states: AL, AZ, FL,TX, UT, VA, WI
  • Must currently hold an active health insurance license
    • Active health license in resident state required (state in which you currently residing in, and will continue to reside in throughout employment)
    • If the license expires within 3 months from now, you must complete continuing education before the start date
  • Must be able to obtain release letter from former employer or carrier within 1 week of hire
  • Minimum experience of selling through one entire Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) via telesales
  • Growth mindset: We will train you on our sales process and help develop new and existing skills, so be open to learning and trying new things
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with the customer, complete a needs audit, and fit them to an appropriate plan that benefits them and the company
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • Ability to work from home and provide proof that you can meet the company’s workspace and internet requirements
